Each season, our New Delhi studio receives a new wave of design briefs from fashion brands across Europe and the US. This spring, a few clear themes have emerged that are shaping what we produce — and what buyers are genuinely excited about.
Washed and crinkled nappa
Soft, slightly distressed nappa in sand, clay, and dusty rose continues to dominate. Brands are moving away from high-shine finishes toward leathers that feel lived-in and tactile. We have been refining our washing process to achieve a consistent, repeatable result at scale.
Laser-cut patchwork
One of our most requested techniques this season is laser-cut patchwork — precise geometric cuts assembled into mosaic-like panels. It combines the precision of technology with the warmth of hand assembly, and the results are striking on both garments and accessories.
Shearling in unexpected weights
Shearling is no longer just a winter material. Designers are requesting lighter, shorter pile versions for transitional pieces — vests, liners, and trim details. We have expanded our shearling offer to include several new pile heights to meet this demand.
Sustainability documentation at the forefront
Across the board, brands are requesting more detailed traceability documentation upfront — before sampling even begins. Our LWG Gold status and individual skin passport system make this straightforward for every order we take.
